Unable to Fax to local or toll free numbers

Panafax UF-560. I am unable to fax to local numbers or to toll free numbers now. We have had this fax for several years and never had a problem faxing to a local nuymber or to a toll free number. Our fax line does go through our PBX, but nothing there has changed.
