Hi, this machine is about 7 years old and work fine, except in the last couple of weeks it no longer takes in the fabic softner from the rinse draw. Apart from that everything is OK. Any idea on what's wrong?

- Hi, I've tried that, I have now noticed that it takes in the fabic softner on some programmes and not others, any thoughts?Same Problem

- my machine is also doing this and if I put my wash powder/tablets in the drawer it wont take it either.I have to put it direct into the machine.I have taken it to bits and cleaned it but to be honest it wasn`t that bad no blockages that I can see.

- I have somewhat of the same issue. Though the fabric softner compartment is empty, the system empties the fabric softner during the 1st cycle killing any suds I have. Any ideas?- MikeyV
