I have this keypad problem on my K800i where some keys do not do anything when pressed but give off a tone. The keys are 4, 7, *, #, and 9. Pressing key 9 brings up the shut down menu for the phone. The rest of the buttons work as they should. I replaced the keypad membrane with a new one and yet I get the same problem. I tried turning on key sound "tone" under settings just to try to see if 4, 7, *, #, and 9 are responding at all. When pressed, they all give off a tone, but nothing is dialed on the screen for that key. I'm wondering what the problem is if anyone can please help. I really love this K800

Am using sony ericssion mobile model no. is w760a AT&T, from last two day am connecting charger, but its charging asusally, after i disconnect charger is showing battery empty..

Ifthe sell phone battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall. ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. Ifthe battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to bereplaced.

My Sony Ericsson K810i Mobile have a problem. It shows the charge indicator nearby 99 % and if i speak a cll it goes very low and says 'attention Battery Low' and if i leave the phone to standby it shows...

Hi, problem can be solved. When a phone battery indicates 99 % of battery life and runs down so quickly, it is caused by damaged battery.
When a battery cell is damaged, it will display charging full but itwill empty. You will need to replace the battery for a better battery performance.

When a new battery is been purchase, make sure it is charge it is charge up to 4 to 5 hours before use.

My K810i phone doesnt turn on..

let it sit in the charger for 1hour then try to turn on your phone. it could be that the charger cannot charge the battery and turn on the phone at the same time and the battery is too weak to turn it on and needs a better charge.
