My control volume don't works , but the light is on

I recommend checking music stores in your area for that, it doesn't have to be any specific rating of impedence. Depending on brand, I see guitars with anything from 50 ohms to 250 ohms. This only allows a faster cutoff on volume than others. The most critical action is to have a smooth taper, meaning a straight volume rise or decline versus one that goes down slowly or quickly and suddenly cuts off. Most any guitar volume control from a music store will work just fine. In case I confused you, ohms is the rating of the control, the taper or smoothness is classed as A, B, or C. A is normally for volume controls and B is used mostly for tone controls. Knowing that should give you insight insight to the difference of the controls.

No fear.
Try to reachinternal side of front panel with volume controls. Put some paper towels under the front panel. Pour lighter fuel into every dirty volume control turning knob around several times.- It will rinse out all dirt from carbon track or contacts. (I don't know what kind was used).- This is only temporary solution, good for one year or so. Proper solution-> unsolder volume control, open it up , inspect and clean or replace for a new one. It will work, I did it hundreds of times...always with positive results.

The picture below is the sample 42" plasma TV (internal parts)..

If your TV won't adjust volume or change channel by pressing button on the front panel..The problem could be the digital control board,it is the one that have a rectangular red on the image shown..

But before you replace the board make it sure that the control button assembly is properly connected on the said digital control board ( no loose connection or loose solder)..

Also try this remedy:
If you have remote control you can use it for the mean time to adjust the volume and channel so that you don't need to replace the digital control board..

Addressing Remote to TV:

1.) Press and hold the clear TV button until all mode lights light up.
2.) Release and TV light will be blinking.
3.) Enter code and press #. The TV button should flash 3 times.
4.) Try functions (Volume, Power, etc..) and see if working.
5.) If no function, repeat steps 1-4 with another code.

Our remotes aren't guaranteed to work all types of equipment, but if the codes don't work let me know here and I will try some more steps with you!

Here are the directions to do so:

1. Hold down the clear TV button on the top of the remote until all lights light up
2. Put in a three digit code (provided below)
3. Press the # (POUND) button
4. Try the TV power and the volume. If both of these don't work, try another code.

check all of your fuses, the radio has 2 power feeds, one for the operation and one for the memory, if the memory feed is out the radio will work partially like you explained

Could be the P0445 - Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Shorted
The EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve uses a ON/OFF duty to control the flow rate of fuel vapor from the EVAP canister. The EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve is moved by ON/OFF pulses from the ECM. The longer the ON pulse, the greater the amount of fuel vapor that will flow through the valve.

Symptoms
- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)

Possible causes
- Damage harness or connectors to the Purge Control Valve
- The valve circuit is open or shorted
- EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve may be faulty

When is the code detected?
- An excessively high voltage signal is sent to ECM through the valve
