If you have voltage to bstr. contactor coil and contactor is not pulling in the coil must be bad on the contactor. try pushing in thecont. manually to see it is not bound up mechcanically, if you can do that replace bstr cont. because the coil is open. dont forget to vote, monomoy

Water heater

Most instant-on tankless water heaters require at least 10 psi of water pressure to start the heating process. The flow of water determines how hot the water will be, within the heating range. An electric 110 volts heater will increase the water temperature about 25 degrees F. A gas water heater will increase the water temperature about 45 degrees F.
Too much flow will not allow the water time to heat. Too little flow will not allow the heating system to work. Each heater must have the outflow water flow adjusted for the best heating outcomes. The best way to find the ideal flow is to turn the hot water facet on and adjust it (open or close) until the water reaches the balance of producing hot water.

Hobart SR24H dishwasher after rinse cycle the same time pampas water in and out of the dishwasher, two pipes are opened and working

Hello.
As per my personal opinion this is normal because for the final rinse you have a small booster or boiler..
When you turn on the machine..it starts fill and also the booster for the final rinse.
You start the machine..wash cycle...rinse cycle..
Now..new water(from rinse booster) is coming on the tank in order to rinse the dishes..on the same time the machine drains the excces water from the rinse(over flowing) and fills up the booster with new water.
Should be like this

Good luck

Normal wash cycle is over 2 hours?

Hello there
If your dishwasher's cycle times are too long, check these: Water pre-heating Cycle not completing Water pre-heating Your dishwasher may pre-heat the water. If so, and if the water entering the dishwasher is cool, the heater may take up to half an hour to heat the water. To avoid the wait, increase the incoming water temperature before turning on the dishwasher. Do that by running the kitchen sink faucet until the water runs hot. Or increase the temperature of the hot water to the entire house at the hot water heater. Warning! To lessen the risk of scalding, don't set the hot water heater temperature higher than 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Kud101 diswasher heater element

The dishwasher will heat the water to a temp of aprox 140deg if the heater is not working then the dishwasher will not shut off because it has to heat the water to a point where a thermostat will close during the heating time the dishwasher time stops advancing, also heater is used to heat the air for dry cycle

Dishwasher wont start washing but start light is flashing 11 times

hi...
The cause of the problem is an insufficient rise in water temperature during a pre-set time period. The heater fault-detection program that was added to the electronic control is designed to shut down the dishwasher if the board-test for proper water temperature rise is not sufficient.
The dishwasher run cycle was modified to add 8 minutes 45 seconds of heat at the beginning of the main wash cycle. If the inlet water at the thermistor is below 110°F, the thermistor looks for a water rise of 4°F. If the inlet water is over 110°F, the test is for an increase of 2°F. If the temperature rise is below specifications, the unit will drain and the clean light will blink seven times.
You will need to identify possible causes of insufficient temperature rise. These causes may include checking the wiring to/failure of the control, the heating element, the thermistor, the inlet valve, door switch, motor or capacitor. Make sure that water is not siphoning during fill. Once the heater fault detection is triggered and the condition resolved, the electronic control must be reset by initiating a special diagnostic cycle. Use the Product Tech Sheet shipped with each dishwasher — you’ll find it behind the kickplates — to identify the correct cycle sequence. The rapid advance cycle will not properly reset the electronic control....

I have a new Frigidaire FDB1050RE diswasher. I ran it for the first time set on normal wash and pressing both the Hi-temp wash and heat dry button. This cycle is supposed to take a total of 89 minutes to...

It should still work pretty well but you probably can't use the high temp wash because it will take too long for the dishwasher to heat up the water enough to satisfy the high temp washer thermostat. If the thermostat's calibrated closing temperature isn't reached the dishwasher will just keep running. One thing you should do to improve washing results is to run the nearest tap (probably the kitchen sink) until the water is at it's hottest and then run the dishwasher so the first fill will be hot rather than warm.

Blinking "Normal" button

PROBLEM: STOPPED RUNNING, WILL NOT START AND
CLEAN LED BLINKS 7 TIMES, THEN REPEATS
(WATER HEATING FAULT)
Control is programmed to stop
running and not allow any
further cycles if it detects a
water heating problem (no
temperature increase detected
in heated Main Wash on
3 consecutive cycles). Control
blinks the Clean LED 7 times
repeatedly and disables the
Start/Resume key until
cleared.
Running Diagnostics clears the
control and allows it to operate
again. The water heating problem
must be fixed or the control will
stop running again. See potential
causes below.
Heater circuit problem:
■ Open in heater.
■ Open connection or
component in heater circuit.
■ Faulty heater drive circuit on
control.
1. Check operation of heater in
Diagnostics cycle.
2. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect
power.
3. Check resistance of heater and all
components and connections in the
water heating circuit or heat dry
circuit.
Wash pump not pumping water
past the heater efficiently.
See “WASH PUMP WILL NOT
PUMP”.
Door switch not making
contact consistently:
■ Faulty or sloppy door latch
assembly (which can be
aggravated by high door
closure force keeping strike
plate from fully seating).
■ Faulty door switch (high
resistance).
NOTE: Neutral switch on
plastic tub models is only in
series with motor and heater;
other loads are not affected.
1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect
power.
2. Measure resistance of door
switch contacts while checking
mechanical operation of latch
assembly. Confirm switches not
loose from assembly. Check strike
plate and door closure.
Lack of water to heat. See “WILL NOT FILL OR LOW
WATER”.
PROBLEM: WON’T START AND START/RESUME K

BOSCH DISHWASHER RUNNING TOO LONG PROBLEM

Bosch dishwashers are designed to heat the water to temp. However it has a 3 hr default if it doesn't reach temp. Start the cycle and see if after 1 hour if the water is hot or cold. If hot, then it is heating the water and the water coming in is just too cold. You may try running the water at the sink to get it hot there first before starting the dw. If the water is cold, then your unit isn't heating the water. At this point I pull the outer door panel, find the largest wires on the control unit and put my meter leads on them then start the machine. You will see 120 volts on your meter. Start the machine in light washes and with in 10 to 15 minutes you should see 0 voltage. Than means the relay has closed in the control and the hot line of the 120 volts is being sent to the heater. If this never happens, then you have a bad control. Bosch dishwashers have a 5 yr part warranty on the electronic control. Now If you get the 0 volts, I will put my amp meter on one of the same wires and check for 9 to 11amps. If that isn't there, then you have a bad heater assy. Hope this helps
