I have set up a belkin Micradigital 802.11g wireless ADSL router all lights are on and after speaking to tiscali and the router supplier i know that all connections are good but when i try to open the wizard in windows xp it will not open i keep get the you are not connected to the internet page (Work off line is unchecked) Regards Lesley
So first go to file menu and click on work offline and then try if it is not working so create new connection ......

when you upgraded did any settings from your isp change like passwords or usenames that your router may not be registering at your isp's server, or the line speed that you are now getting is not suported by the router.
type 192.168.2.1 in your web browser and check the connection settings.
