My ds lite's touch screen isnt working!

It just wont work no matter where you touch it.
No cracks. No blurred image. Nothing except for the touch screen not working.
I remember cleaning my touch screen with a cotton ball with a little isoprophyl alcohol the night before everything happened.

My daughter has a DS Lite which works fine except the bottom left hand of the touch screen does not recognise the stylus - she has to touch the screen 3 or 4mm away from the actual point to make it work....

you could try to recalibrate the screen but unfortunatly sounds like you will have to replace the touch screen. its a very common problem.

The toch screen isnt working

IMPORTANT: it is not a grave or expensive problem but to solve this problem you need to dissasemble the intendo DS lite, so you must get some guidance like youtube videos on how to dissasemble the NDS Lite or other webpages with info on dissasembling the unit.

You also need to buy a replacement touch pad.

You have to carefully open the console, unplug and take out the bottom screen with the sticked touch pad, then carefully with a thin blade or metal you have to take out the glued touchpad from the screen without cracking or scratching the screen, to be able to install the replacement touchpad over the screen.

First take out the battery and charger to avoid short circuits.

Good Luck...

Nintendo DS Lite Touch Screen Fades

You're going to have to send it in for repair. It sounds like it's out of warranty, which is unfortunate.
