My AccuPoint II Curser of LapTop Toshiba Satellite M20 can only be moved horizontally, so I've to use an external one which is rather inconvenient. What shall I do to get it functional again ? Thanks beforhand. Best regards S. Adiprasito email@example.com

The Accupoint device is connected to the motherboard with a small flexible cable. It may be loose. Remove the keyboard and check the cable connection.
