I am trying to find some kind of service
I am trying to find some kind of service literature or preferrably schematics for Ultrak PTZ cameras models : KDSQOON1 AND KDSBOON1. We have a bunch of these cameras with similar problems such as restarting whenever you try to move the camera, and flaky control issues. We have had no help from the MFR as far as manuals. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
