Whirlpool Dishwashwer problem

Seemed to have stopped completely during cycle--- Lights seem to be on--(settings) but nothing else is functioning @ all. Not even making any noise no matter what cycle I manually set it on.
I'm not exactly sure if this is the model number:(I got it off of the door)-W1oo73650-
My landlord just recently installed this unit. I don't know the year of the dishwasher but it appeared to look and smell unused. However, I did not recieve any paper work w/it & he has no idea how to repair it!
