Question about Microsoft Outlook 2003 for PC
We have here Outlook 2003. One of my colleagues just informed me that one of the logistics lady's recieved around 70 emails, looked like read reciepts to me. At the bottom of these emails it says "was deleted without being read". But when I asked the person who's email address they were from, she said she hadnt sent anything to this person inparticular.
I'm abit baffled as to why this could happen, if anyone has any ideas then thats brilliant.
Many thanks in advance for any ideas.
It "could" be spam email. If you are sure it's not mail you would want to receive from that sender, in Outlook you can right-click the message and add the sender to the "Blocked Senders List." Further, you can create a rule to handle email from this sender.
