Problem for Acer Aspire 3000 (AS3004WLCI) PC Notebook

Aspire 3000 NLC purchased in 2006.

Aspire 3000 NLC purchased in 2006.
No screen till Xp boots.Working Fine after Xp boots with its own TFT Screen.
External Monitor shows from the start & works fine with External Monitor.
New bios also flashed with:
acer-aspire-3000-notebook-flash-bios-3a32.
No changes detected after flashing ,except bios upgraded.
