Zipy kanguro - Kanguru Micro Pro MP3 Player

I have an MP5 Zipy that broke the touch screen. I bought in June2011. What can I do?

well, i searched for about an hour to every possible search engine and not one hit for the installation disk nor is there a website that has the program. if you have the original operational manual(not likely most of us throw them away) it would tell you a phone number or website address.
if any other techs read this and have the program in question please feel free to share this info/program with this person.

Maybe you can find the original replacement remote control from a website like www.remotecontrolscenter.com which one of my best friends had to use recently. They have a large selection of remote controls and they can help you get the replacement remote control you need for the E-Zipy TDT 900.

You probably have the Hold on! (: It's the button on the side of the mp4 that says HOLD. If it's down, it's locked. Try pushing it up and turning on your mp4. If the lock still appears, try switching the button again down and up, that happens sometimes with my zipy too. Hope I helped in some way!

Drain it and put in fresh check for motorhead kracks white means water in engine.,,

I solved the problem...just plug the earphones...

most small devices rely on the wire plugged into the earphones jack to be the antenna to receive the radio signals, so if you are trying to listen to the radio through the builtin speaker without having earphones plugged in, you might just not be getting a signal, and since it is a digital tuner, it probably can tell that you are not getting a signal and so just outputs no sound, not even static.

so try plugging in some headphones if you haven't been doing that.

any1 knows how to use the cd? becuase my zipy knaguro doesnt support m4a files and avi video..
please help me
