What exactly is the monitor doing? Is it giving you an error message? There could be a problem with the graphics card however, I don't believe you've got the whole model number so, I can't get you drivers or specs on it. If you have the installation CD for the card, you can try a fresh install, which might not be a bad idea. I'd feel better about helping you if I had the make and model of your computer, If you have replaced the motherboard, re-check the model number and give that to me as well. If it's the original motherboard, I can probably figure it out. It would also help to know the make and model of the graphics card. If your motherboard has on board graphics, you should be able to uninstall the graphics card and use the on borad graphics. When you remove the card, if there is no driver for the on board card, Windows should search for a driver which will get you by, then you can update that driver but, again, knowing what you've got would help with the update. Let me know.

I'd like to try and help you out with this. First lets start with the graphics crad. Where did yo get your latest drivers? Do you have on board graphics with your system? Do you have installation cd for this card? I can't find any info on Forsa so that bothers me. Your can get your latest graphics driver here;
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
I don't know what kind of utilities may have come with your card because I can't look it up but, if you hac utilities(Smart Doctor, Gamer, etc.), it looks like you can only get them from CD. I would like to know what make and model of motherboard you have and/or make and model of your system. Anyway, how I would start is, if you have on board graphics, remove the graphics card, check in "device manager" and see if it is gone. If it still shows up make sure it is disabled. Restart you system and see if you have the same problems as before. You may have to update your on board graphics to do this which is why I'd like your motherbaord specs. Anyway, if you have cured any or all of your problems by removing the card we know we've found some or all of the problems. Due to the lack of support of this card, I would consider upgrading to a new card. Try doing these things and get back to me with results and the info I requested and, we can go from there.

Cannot install 17 inch monitor on dell dimension 4600

You have not installed your graphics card drivers! ----------
The drivers are here ---> Since I dont know which graphics card you have you will have to try each one... dont worry if the driver dosent find your card it wont install.
Do you know the full model number of your system , it is printed next to the serial number if you give me this number I can link you directly to the driver -----------

GAMES DONT RUN.ERROR COMES REGARDING ''GRAPHIC CARD NOT RECOGNIZED

The drivers for the integrated video controller is on the CD that came with the motherboard, but that is most likely not the problem. Most newer hi-res games require much more sophisticated graphic chips than are normally used on motherboards. It may require hardware support for shading and other calculation-intensive operations that would require an add-in video card designed specifically for those purposes. Many also require a minumum of 256MB (or more) of video memory. You should check the documentation that came with the game to find out exactly what its video requirements are.

If that isn't the case, report back with the exact error message you are getting.

WHAT ARE THE DRIVERS NEEDED IF I WANT TO FORMAT MY IBM ThinkPad R40 2722 PC Notebook?

is the windows cd for ibm specifically?
if not then you will need:
a sound card driver (optional)
a graphics card driver (optional)
a cd rom driver (maybe)
drivers for usb ports (optional)
and any other drives/ input devices on your laptop will need drivers.
when formatting bear this in mind. All data will be lost! proceed knowingly and with caution. one mess up will land you in problems up to your shoulders!
i recommend finding out how to do it safely

I dont have sound crad installed

first thing you need is to know the brand of the motherboard that you have, then the model of it, then go to their website and you should be able to get the drivers for your sound card there.
