I purchased the unit over a year ago from a reputable dealer. I didn't put it into service until a month ago but it didn't reproduce any of the music. I'm using a Mic Power I 48volt Phantom power supply (PB23).
Any help would be much appreciated.

Oil changes have nothing to do with your car not starting. You obviously want to keep it changed every 3,000 miles but changing it monthly wont make your car run better. i would suggest you take it to a dealer where they will actually diagnose and fix the problem instead of just throwing parts at it. I know dealerships have a reputation of being expensive but many times, in a situation like this, it is cheaper to go there and have it fixed correctly the first time rather than going to a "shade tree mechanic" who is just guessing and slapping parts on, at your expense, hoping he/she solves the problem. Good Luck!
The batteries in a FERRUPS typically last 3-6 years depending on how many power outages you have, how much heat there is, etc. So, 3 months doesn't sound right. Hopefully, you are buying batteries from a reputable source. Eaton bought Powerware about 6 years ago and retained their service network which has lots of techs trained on the FERRUPS. I suggest you contact them:

Don't put the blame on the equipment and instruction manuals. Put the blame on the dealer that sold you the equipment. That is who should be ultimately responsible to you to make sure that everything is working together properly.
Most reputable dealers will have some type of support for you if you are having a problem using products that they sold you.
Now, in your dealer's defense, if you refused to include set up and support in your purchase in order to negotiate a lower price, or, you purchased from multiple dealers or (heaven forbid) online, you are now on your own unless you can get a knowledgeable person to adopt you.
Many dealers are willing to forgive your transgressions of getting the best price if you will purchase a set up package even if you purchased elsewhere. Remember, we make a living selling machines and keeping our clients happy. If a shopper purchases anywhere the product is cheaper and then we spend our time offering free service, we go broke and our loyal clients are left out.
Remember two things: 1. Build a relationship with a reputable dealer and they will take care of you.
2. Shop for that reputable dealer first, shop for a make and model second. If you don't have a reputable dealer, the brand name means nothing.

yes and no. That particular tv you have is done for, but if you just purchased it 6 months ago, you are still within you 1 year warranty with sharp. they will ask you to take it to a authorized service center and you need to follow through with the process. about a week or 2 will pass and the service center will deem the unit unrepairable and sharp will replace it if they cant solve the problem. give em call..good luck 2u
