dont use this email system. prefer gmail & fastmail.fm

used to have yahoo messenger. deleted it as it was too intrusive.
my skype works ok.
ohhh! might it be messenger needs access through firewall?
had messenger and it put an exception in firewall with a tick.[always untick when not using service] assumed live messenger would do the same. does it use old messenger link.
