I being working Ricoh product for about 20 years but it doesn't mean I can solve all the problem. Today I need help!!! I have 2 aficio 1075, both always misfeed at front of registration roll if feed from tray #1. Tray #2 or #3 work perfect. I have replace #1 feed unit, cleaned all feedd/ jam sensors and replace the whole registration/ bypass unit nut it doesn't works. Is there something I missed???
Developer going into the one way gears in the back
Developer has a nasty habit of causing things to slip. If it's getting on the feed rollers, it could cause the paper to skew or move slowly or not at all.
The problem you are having is that developer has fallen down into that area good luck once this has happened the box must be taken apart and blown out... good luck

yes, I replace it with another unit. This model doesn't use feed clutch, it use feed motor.
I replaced bypass/registration unit from newer machine and it still doesn't works from 1 tray, it will jam instandly but from 2nd tray work well. I noticed that there are some developer leaks butwhy does developer cause this problem and where should I clean?
I will try to blow out the box and clean feed roller again to see if this gonna work, Please let me know if there are any other ideas.

that it has changed the unit of complete feeding and even so it does not work.
Unit 3 is similar to the 1 has proved to change
them of position?
Then if the 3 work well, it could discard the problem
by that side.
Have you replaced the feed clutch for tray 1?
