This is a USB unit. If you use a wireless print server (for a USB printer), you may get some of the functions to work wirelessly. You will need a USB cable to do this. However, most print servers do not handle the bi-directional communication for the scanner. (You will be able to print if you have the correct driver installed.)

As far as I know, this printer can't be fitted with the HP Jet Direct module (this is the internal print server for some of the HP printers). However, there are external JetDirect options: http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/us/en/sm/WF02a/18972-18972-236253.html . Check the specs for each model to see if they are compatible with your printer. (The first wireless one isn't compatible as far as I can tell.)

USB cables are available at most stores. Make sure to get one labeled A/B Male/Male ends. For best results, the printer should be directly connected to the computer (or connected to a powered hub). The cable should not be more than 6' long.

just install it in ur pc and just setup all setting to its default

Software not linkied? Try GO to start / control panel / printers/ add printer

Can you copy from the glass top? The feeder asm should be easy to purchase from ebay or HP.
