I dont have driver sofware for caono pixma ip1000 for new printer installation add to my pc, so i need softwar to install drivers

Remove the printer software. And remove the driver from device manager "usb printing support" .and remove printer from control panel>printers, and download latest driver from Internet and install. It will work, if not contact service centers with your printer

The IP1000 windows 7 driver is already included with your Windows installer. Use your Control Panel-> Printer to add the driver. In the printers window, right-click add printer, click Local printer, choose port, choose USB, choose Canon for manufacturer and then find IP1000. Alternatively you could try plugging the IP1000 if Vista will detect it and simply automatically install the driver.

2. Select your Operating System, then select your language. Click submit and then find the Printer Driver or Printer Driver Add-On Module and click on it.
3. Under Downloads, Software, you should see your Driver file, eg. aomwin110ea23.exe 4174.33 Kb.
4. Click on the driver file, accept the agreement and Press Download.
5. Save the file to your computer. When it is done downloading open the file and Install the drivers.

As long as you downloaded the correct drivers from Canon.com they should work. You should, using Control Panel / Add Remove Programs, remove any and all software for your printer. Double check at the Canon site that you have downloaded the correct drivers, and then do a clean install. Check the manual and follow their instructions. If after all of that your printer still does not work, you may have a faulty printer.
