Question about Insignia IS-PDO40922 Portable DVD Player
Hi, I insert a dvd, the screan reads "loading" for longer than usual and then I get a "no disc" message. When I pop it open, the disc isn't spinning, or is spinning very slowly. The unit was working fine this afternoon. Any suggestions? [I've turned it off/on (and waited a bit) many times, and tried different dvds -- to no avail.] Thanks in advance!
It could either be that the laser has become damaged/ worn-out; or all you have to do is plug your DVD player into the charger, leave it there for a few days & then turn it on & test it. Otherwise, it would be in your best intrest just to take it to the store you bought it from.
