Mitsubishi diamond pro 700 problems with screen pixles shrinking

My kids moniter is left on all the time. With a game in the computer and the screen on. Although she would turn it off during the night. Last night the visuals on the screen started shrinking..from the top down. I now cant see the menu at the top it almost looks slanted because you can still get it it. Any idea whats happening and how i can fix it???? I would rather not have to buy a new moniter.

Your monitor is overheated and has blown the tube. The only way to fix it is to throw it away and get a new one. Your not supposed to leave your monitor on all the time especially with a game just paused on the screen.

Mitsubishi NEC Diamond PRO 930SB Monitor - cover removal?

Remove the screws as you have done. Looking at the monitor front on you'll see 3 bits sticking down from the top (in the deatil gap) which are clips unclip them by pushing through the corresponding holes along the top. Also there's a clip at each side on the underside of the monitor which are very obvious. With the monitor facing down and everything unclipped just pull the cover upwards. It's not easy but work your way round the front edge and it will come.

Monitor picture fades out.

I thought my problem was originally monitor related. However since I posted, the picture disappeared altogether, and my PC wouldn't even start to bootup. Fearing my mobo may have died I removed the hardware components, cleaned then re-assembled them. After all that, it turned out that my graphics card has a tendency to become slightly unseated. Once I was aware of this problem booting up resumed normally. It seems that the problem of the fading monitor picture seems to still occur, but soon after I use the machine after 'hibernation' state, and even then it doesn't always occur if I do use hibernation. I haven't used hibernation for a little while and so far the problem has not returned

Red CRT monitor

Yes, absolutely know that one. It is a problem with the hardware in your monitor. I had the very same problem, there is no tuning or anything else thats going to fix it. Hopefully, you are still under warranty, well since it's six years old probably not. Since LCD flatpanel have dropped dramtically in price, I suggest you get a new LCD. The cost and trouble to fix it just isn't worth it. Best.

Mtusbubishi Diamond Pro 900u-I cant seem to adjust to screen in a perfect squre

the best way to adjust is first of all you reduce the height or make picture cinemascope. now from select button agjust vertical & horizontal geomatry now you increase the height as a whole. I think this will solve your problem. you can also refer owener manual if you have it.normally it comes with monitor. good luck/
