Finishing Migration

Hi,
I just finished migrating from old to new but when the new system restarted, it just has a black screen & nothing seems to be happening.
I'm able to key in my password @ start up, but then everything just goes black.
HELP!!!!!!!!!

Wizdisplay resoulation does not support please set the display resoulation
