I have an Aqualink RS that will not turn the pool's filter pump on either by remote or in service mode

Check your jandy valves make sure they are fully open or closed they can lock your system if they are not in full closed or open mode second option is to try to turn jandy valves manually to if they are in spa mode manaully change then to pool mode or if they are in pool mode change them to spa manually on the jandy valve there is a 3 way switch this is where you can turn them manually wt we want is to send the signal back to the main control outside that the valves are in ready mode look in the main control open the door and see if there is a red light that indicates another problem if you can send me where the red light is what the red light label says it will help if you send me the aqualink model #
