Question about HP Photosmart C5180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I was printing successfully when I ran out of black ink. I installed a new black HP cartridge and also a light pink and a light blue one. Have not been able to print since. I have checked the 3 cartridges--none is past its expiration date. Two of us have checked the installation and they appear to be securely in their proper locations. I have turned both the computer and the printer off for a period of time--which usually solves minor problems, but not this time. Please help!
See if you can install your printer on another computer and then try printing with it again.
Run a test print first to be sure and check your print out. If this fails,
Run a print head cleaning using the printer utility setting. If it does not work,
Get another Black ink and try it out again. Cheers!
