- All 3 lights on my 2 wire modem are green. I have 2 laptops connected wireless, both say they are connected with excellent strength, niether can aquire an ip address. There for neither of them will connect to the internet. I have my PC connected through the ethernet, that also says its connected but will not get online. My Xbox360 is connected through ethernet and it works just fine. Please help... Im about ready to throw it all out the window.- Gamrman3Jan 15, 2008

Try dong a TCP/IP stack repair
Start -> Run -> Type CMD to open a command prompt.
To reset the Winsock type this into the commnad prompt:
netsh winsock reset catalog
Next
To reset TCP/IP type this into the command prompt:
netsh int ip reset reset.log
Then reboot your pc and see if that helps. If not let me know.
