Question about T-Mobile MDA
My T-Mobile MDA will not turn on at all. It's still under warranty though so customer service is sending me a new one in about a week. The problem is, I can't get my data off the phone because it won't receive power! Does anybody know a way to get my address book, etc. off my MDA? (no I didn't synch with my laptop. no I didn't store anything on removable memory.) Thanks!
Try to trickle charge it by hooking it up to the USB and then to your computer. Let it charge up a bit then try powering it on or charging it the regular way to charge it even faster.
Some Palm devices have the ability to "trickle charge" from a USB port on a PC or Mac. This means that it receives a very small amount of charging from the USB port, even if it is not connected to its AC charger. If your device is capable of this function, the charging time will be significantly longer for a trickle charge (depending on the power rating of the PC USB port). However, the device may not charge at all on an unpowered USB hub (or for example off off a keyboard).
