Question about Astoria Argenta AEP-4 Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine
No the machine is made for 220v. If you check the element closely there will be some markings on it with the voltage.
The other two terminals need to be connected to each other(check diagram below)
The two wires one at the top and the other at the bottom are each connected to one leg of the element, there should be a some kind of bridge connected to the other bolts on element.
Hopefully you can make out this drawing:
Use a 10 gauge copper wire or a bridge terminal and connect T2 and U2.
T is one leg of power for the element and U is the other Leg. If you open the cover on the pressure stat (rectangular box with 4 wires going to it), you will see the wires, two from switch and two to element.
Make sure there is water in the boiler and test machine (connect to power).
