Thanks for the reply. There are two wires going to the elements. One to the top and one to the bottom. That leaves an element post on the top and bottom that is not connected to anything. Can this work on 120V ? For sure not the way it is wired up.

Question; how many wires are on the element?
Sometimes they have a small bridge wire connecting the top and bottom elements depending on the model you have.
The other cord the is the 120v actually connects to the external pump and motor that came with your machine, you can also use the wiring diagram from the SME model its virtually the same thing.

No the machine is made for 220v. If you check the element closely there will be some markings on it with the voltage.
The other two terminals need to be connected to each other(check diagram below)
The two wires one at the top and the other at the bottom are each connected to one leg of the element, there should be a some kind of bridge connected to the other bolts on element.
Hopefully you can make out this drawing:
T-1 T-2
I
U-1 U-2

Use a 10 gauge copper wire or a bridge terminal and connect T2 and U2.

T is one leg of power for the element and U is the other Leg. If you open the cover on the pressure stat (rectangular box with 4 wires going to it), you will see the wires, two from switch and two to element.
Make sure there is water in the boiler and test machine (connect to power).

Need diagram for wires that hook up to heating element on fridgeidaire model LAQE 7011KWO Dryer

Hello. There are black and yellow wires that connect to the heating element. The black comes from the inlet thermal limiter fuse, the yellow comes from the main drive motor. There is always 120 volts at the element. When the dryer is initiated, the motor, using a centrifugal switch, connects another 120v supply across the other side of the element which totals 240 volts and causes the element to heat. This is done intentionally as a safety feature--the element can't heat if the motor isn't running.

220 stove has nothing hooked up to the neutral

TURN OFF POWER TO THE STOVE OR UNPLUG IT IMMEDIATELY BEFORE TOUCHING **ANYTHING**. I need the make/model of your unit to help you accurately. HOWEVER, the first thing you need to do is(and this applies if I'm interpreting you correctly)replace the power cord--it will be connected to the terminal block--on the vast majority of ovens, you have a left-hand terminal, generally known as L1(a power wire), a center terminal(*normally* the neutral connection), and then the right-hand terminal, generally known as L2(2nd hot supply wire). Take a picture of the AC outlet so you can purchase the correct power cable for your stove. Also, take a picture of the terminal block in the rear of the stove just to make sure. I'm assuming that the wires are all connected in the stove but the neutral wire is either broken or missing from the power cord. Due to how most ovens operate, THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS CONDITION. When the unit is plugged in, even though the oven is off, there is still 120v applied to the heating elements. When you turn on the oven, instead of being connected to a ground, the other side of the heating elements are simply connected to 120v from the other side of the panel, adding up to 240v and the elements heat up. I hope this helps you!

Kenmore 80 series electric dryer by pass thermostat

Yes,but you really need a great grasp of the danger of doing so!
If you are not terrific with electricity, here is an easier way to test the heating element safely.
Unplug the two wires that go to the heating element (with the machine unplugged of course).
Go and get a good a 9-volt battery like goes in a smoke alarm, a short piece of wire, (like doorbell wire or a piece of an old electric cord a couple of inches long will do) and a car tail light bulb.
The older bulbs work great.
You want to make a circle.
You want to touch the battery to one contact of the heating element. You want to touch the wire to the other contact of the heating element, and you want to touch the other end of the wire to the side of the bulb.
Then touch the bulb tip to the other contact on the 9-volt battery.
It should light if the heating element is good.
I hope this makes sense!
Be blessed.

Is it possible to turn my Bosch oven in to 110 volt? Model number HBN58T650A Thanks

I did a search for this Bosch oven-
It sounds like the oven is not a conventional Resistance heating oven-
So it might be possible--

Do you have the manual for it?

I tried this web site: visit the website: www.bsh-group.com.
But It was not much help

Perhaps you can look in the phone book, and contact your local BOSCH appliance dealer, and have them look up the model in their Model catalogs?

Or-- You could pull the oven out, and check the wiring harness--
No doubt it will tell where the main cord comes in, -- if there is a hook up diagram for both 110 Volt, and 220 VAC connection diagrams-

When you get it out, tell us what you find-- maybe we can help further..

I need help hooking up my Maytag Dryer

here's a link you can try that explains both the 3 and 4 prong dryer cord configurations.

http://www.fixya.com/support/r793520-3_prong_4_prong_power_cord_conversion

If this is an older home that already has a 3-prong receptacle installed, you can still use a 3-prong cord. However, if this a newer home, or if you plan on relocating the appliance, or making any repairs to the existing receptacle, you need to use the 4-prong. I hope this helps you.

If you weren't talking about the dryer cord configuration and need assistance with something else, please let me know.
