Hello, sorry you're having issues.

Sounds to me like your sucking air into the pump. Make sure you check all your connections before the pump as well as all gaskets and seals on the pump. A small air leak can cause major issue when it comes to above ground pumps. If you have any further questions or this solution doesn't solve you issue please feel free to respond back so I may help you further.

How to brew coffee

USING YOUR PERCOLATOR
1.Wash the Percolator thoroughly before using for the first time.
(See "Cleaning Instructions" section in this manual.)

2.Remove Cover, Basket, Spreader and Pump Tube. Use cold, fresh
tap water to fill Percolator. Fill according to markings on inside
of Percolator for number of cups desired. Use cold tap water -
the automatic brewing cycle is timed to begin with a cold
water start.
NOTE: The bottom of the Pump Tube Spring marks the maximum
capacity of the Percolator.

3.Wet Coffee Basket to help keep small particles of coffee from sift-
ing through. Place Basket on Pump Tube. Add desired amount of
regular or percolator grind coffee to Basket.

4.Place Pump Tube with Basket into Percolator so bottom of tube is
set into Center Well. Place Spreader on top of Basket and snap
Cover onto Percolator. Attach cord to Percolator and plug into
standard household 120 volt AC wall outlet. Brewing begins
within seconds and continues at a cup-a-minute speed

5.When coffee brewing is complete, percolating will stop. The
Percolator automatically switches to "KEEP WARM" setting to
preserve fresh-tasting coffee at hot, ready-to-serve temperature.
For best flavor, remove Coffee Basket, Spreader and Pump Tube
when brewing is completed.

How does this connect to pool

It comes with a strap which goes over the top of the wall and the skimmer is adjusted so the water will flow into it sucking the leaves into it. The leaves are trapped in the basket while the water is circulated through the pump and back to the pool.

Water not coming at full force from pool into pump basket

It sounds like your pool pump is either not primed or is not strong enough to provide adequate suction. Check to make sure the pump is properly primed. Check for cracks in the lines that might also cause loss of pressure in pool pumps.

THIS HAS PRESSURE ON THE PUMP WHEN IT IS HOOKED UP TO THE POOL , NO PRIMING IS NEEDED. Water fills the pump basket area and empties once full

This could very well be low water, it should be half way up the tile or the skimmer throught. Also check your skimmer weir door. If it get's stuck in the up position it will do the same thing. To be sure start the pump then watch the water in the skimmer. If it sucks dry then it is one of these things.
