Question about Computers & Internet
I installed a Toshiba Samsung CD-RW/DVD Drive. My computer doesn't recognize it therefore the dive does not play; however it will open and close. How can I get my computer to recognize the drive?
You will have to install the drivers that came with the drive. If you don't have the CD that came with it to install the drivers, you will have to search the Toshiba site for the specific model number of the drive. You should be able to download and install the drivers from their website. Hope this helps.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
