I have installed the CD for Digital Concepts Model

I have installed the CD for Digital Concepts Card Reader/Writer Model CR-75-p. When I insert the SIM card for my Motorola ATT Razor into the card reader, no data shows on the right side of the screen where it should be. I'm sure that this phone stores numbers on the SIM card, because there is an option to save the number from the SIM card to the phone. This is my husband's phone. He just passed away and I need to get some of his numbers on my computer. Can you help? Thank you so much.

Yes, I checked my phone and the address book is both on the phone and the SIM card. I called Sakar and they told me that CDMS cards were not supported, but I went on my ATT website and it said that my phone supports GSM networks.

Thanks so much for your help. richsatt

    Hi,
Have you transferred the numbers from the phone to the card first?
Let me know so that I can assist you further.

more times out of 10 the SD card is either damaged or being inserted incorrectly. Are you sure you have it the right way up. Look into the slot and not where the gold terminals are and the insert the card so those terminals match the terminals on the card itself

1. Is the card supported by the card read?
2. Have you install/uninstall any software recently?
3. Is there any red or yellow alert in your device manager? If so, go an check if it is card reader related.

My computer cannot find the driver for my Digital Concepts Card Reader/Writer Model CR-72. I cannot find anywhere that I can download the driver. It wsays that it is plug and Play. I found many sites that...

This is the vendor driver/support page for your unit. The only driver they have is for 98SE which usually means that the card reader should be plug n play in Windows. You may want to try the card reader in another usb slot and put a memory card into it so Windows can better identify it. Post your results back here.

Unable to take pictures from card /writer to computer

Once you have inserted your memory card in the reader, usually after a few seconds a dialog box will ask you if you want to open the pictures, copy them, etc. If not, you might have to manually check the drive letter assigned to the card by examining the drives under windows explorer. Once you have figured this out, you can copy the files from the card to your PC

I need a windows 98 driver for a digital concepts sd/mmc reader writer model cr-35td-r

You can download a driver that works here:

http://www.sakar.com/images/resources/download-driver/cardreaderB.zip

The driver that Sakar has posted for the CR-35TD-R does not work, but the one referenced above does under Windows 98 SE. I have not tested it under Windows 98 gold (the original, pre-SE version).

Write protected error using Sandisk card in Digital Concepts CR-75 Reader

Try a different reader if you can - laptops comes with an SD reader sometimes. Or take it to a computer store or possibly radio shack would have one open to test.

Or just replace the card - 1gb cards are $20 now.
