My priter prints out of both trays fine but when I go to use the CD printing feature it just spits out the CD tray and the orange light flashes twice, when I open up the top lid and watch the tray go in it seems to hit on the rear white strip. Any ideas??
Been playing for a while now but sorted it. For some reason if I put the tray in just passed the arrows (according to canon to far in) it works. Do i need clean anything or just put up with it?Been playing for a while now but sorted it. For some reason if I put the tray in just passed the arrows (according to canon to far in) it works. I have the same problem. This was a sudden occurrence, where I printed 3 disks perfectly, then the machine went technical and spat out the tray. The only solution I have found is to simply push the tray in about 1cm (½ inch) past the arrows. I have cleaned, reset, downloaded drivers - the whole bit, but I cannot get it to work properly.

Clean the white areas on the tray with a light solvent cleaner like windolene/windex liquid. Also try giving the tray a helping hand as it is started to be fed into the printer
