Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.

Ear speaker not when slide is off.when on its working


Hi, What controls the ear speaker of Nokia 6280is the flex of the phone.
The flex is connected to the board of the phone and it also allows the screen to display. It flex enables the ear speaker to function. So what will make the ear speaker work better is too replace the flex of the phone because it's weak .
After replacing the flex, every thing will work normal.

im sorry to say but you cant unlock your phone for free. your phone belongs to a sub group called bb5;
you can unlock your phone by the following; 1: unlock by operators; unlock by imei or unlock by gadgets(software box or dongles)

switch on the phone. u will hear welcome tone. connect phone to PC through cable. Open PC suit & see 6280 is sensed by pc.
If NOT, then keep phone connected to PC. Switch off the phone and Switch it on again.

if a firmware update doesnt work u should replace the BT chip in a repair shop.

make sure u update to 6.43
