Question about Sony Grand WEGA KF-42SX300 42" LCD TV
I've had this TV, which is a Sony Wega 42 inch LCD projection for aboutfour years now. Just today while I was playing my Playstation 3, whichI've had for about two weeks, I lost the picture and sound. It returnedafter 30 seconds and continued to go and come back for the same amountof time every couple of minutes. I turned off the game to see if thatwas what was causing it, however it happened while the TV was on also.I left the TV off and unplugged it for a while. After turning it backon the problem eventually came back, sound and picture goes for about30 seconds then returns. It seems to get more frequent the longer theTV is on.
Any help would be appreciated.
(is not a general rule***) the video games tend to over heat the tv more than regular tv signal Just because this explanation: Same scene is in the same place for long period of time. BUT in reality the problem could come or could not because the game of course the tv can fail itself in the same way with its regular antenna .
bottom line: The lamp has to be replace.
refer to user's manual how to do this process. Prefer original sony lamp.
