Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player

Stupid thing OK, so my player doesn't exsist according to Windows Media player.The mp3 player says the usb is connected and then the program says that no device is connected... what's the deal?

Just curious, are you getting an I/O error when you plug it in?

Is your Windows Media Player version 10 or higher? If so, you can manually drag and drop files thru My Computer>Device Name. Best of Luck.
