Question about Logitech Premium (980445) Headset

My left side of this headset is not working

I've been used this headset over 1 year, and I had a problem of audio problem. My right side of headset is working, but not for left side.

Those wires are very fradgile and chaces are they have snapped inside the jacket
it happens mostly when you pull on the wire instead of the jack or the wire gets caught or stretched --is your jack fully inside the connecter? wiggle the wire and if it sound than it is the wire

Do the AVP-H5


No, there is no left or right side and they are mono audio behind the head headsets.
Wear as they fit, I think they only fit one way
There are 2 so 2 people can have a conversation, each person using one each. I do agree that is a difficult concept to grasp.

My scala rider G4 set has lost hearing in one of the headsets. Where is an authorized rapair shop?


Cardo had a problem in the firmware of the early models that caused the auto adjust on the volume to overload the speakers. Not knowing how old your unit is I have no way of knowing if this is the problem. If you still have the units you can buy new audio bases. I also have a source for replacement batteries.

There may be a broken wire or defective connection in the left side.

Aye, laddy, you've done all that's humanly possible to make it work with no success (I'm a doctor, Jim, not a miracle worker!*). Yer only recourse is to get Plantronics to replace it. You mention "just over 1 year old." If yer within 12-13 months, call Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5 x5538 for warranty replacement.

My right side of the headphone is not working.....not any physial damage.....at first there were just some loose connections for the sound....now its totally null......the left side is working perfect...


If you have preformed a sound test on your computer and everything seems to be working fine, I would assume the connector or cable itself is the problem. Contact the store you purchased it from or If the unit is under warranty (1 year) Plantronics will replace if for you if you still have your receipt of sale.

How conect one subwofeer 12


The sub woofer can be connected by bridging one side of the right channel to the other side of the left channel. Usually this will be marked on the speaker connection terminal and use will not have any trouble to locate. If not use the + ve of the right and the - ve of the left to connect to the sub woofer. turn it on and check . If you find the phase different- with less bass- reverse the connection and try. this will work fine. Good day

I am only getting sound in the left earphone of my Samsung SBH500 headphones. I just got them and the right earphone did not work upon receipt, should I return them or am I missing something?


There must be some fault with the pin you inserting. adjust the pin and see whether u get signal in both sides.
orelse chnage the audio settings of the audio u play.. like if it is in stereo change it into mono,left or right.
if it is not working change the headphone. it is a faulty one.

Im thinking about getting a Turtle beach Headset X3 but..


The white and red connections are for audio left and audio right (respectively). If you use only the white, you'll only hear the left channel audio, not both left and right.

Only one audio output working - not stereo!


It is the actual headset jack on the device. It wears out from plugging and unplugging the headset.

If its less than 1 year, call SanDisk and they will replace it.

Otherwise, if you are inclined, you can replace the internal headset jack.
