Necvox Fd 7569 Headrest monitor

When I bought the vehicle there was not a remote controller with the monitors. My problem is without the remote how do I switch from video source PAL to NTSC.

By pressing the mode (on/off) button I can switch between video source PAL1 and PAL2 but cannot get back to system NTSC1 or NTSC2.

NTSC and PAL you is the after you press the mode, you press up/down very fast
