All of once I am receiving l email on my MAC thru Safari and all of the rest of my mail is thru Cox Communications on WebMail which is not as easy to maneuver than Safari. I would much rather have them come thru Safari. I have a MAC Pro OS 10.4.00 2.16 GHzIntel Core 2 duo.   Cox Communications does not support Safari but I didn't have any problems until now. Thank you Maureen Warren

How to access bkhost email from web?

What is webmail? Webmail is a system that provides email services (receive mail, send mail, filter mail) through the basis of a website on the Internet. Gmail, AOL mail, Hotmail, Yahoo, ... are typical examples of email services that support basic webmail. In particular, in the era of technology 4.0, in order to be more convenient at work, investors and businesses pay great attention to the application of building online webmail services.

How to use webmail? Typically, webmail is a system that provides free email addresses. To be able to operate on webmail, users only need:

Access to the service provider's website address through the URL bar (where the email login is stored)
Use the acccount information (email address (equivalent to login ID) and password) provided to perform normal email operations such as sending, receiving and filtering mail.
Examples of website service providers: http://bkhost.vn or http://mail.bkhost.com

How do a delete an incoming mail which seems to be stuck and blocking rest of incoming mail

I suggest logging directly into the webmail interface through your browser. Most Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have a web based interface (much like Gmaile and Hotmail/MSN) where you can login (using your email address and account password) and access your email that way. You can simply review the messages in your Inbox and delete anything you do not want to download.

Ibook g4 i cannot get my password to work for mac mail

If the password is only an issue in the application "Mail", there is nothing wrong with your mac. Whatever application you use for your mail program (Mac Mail, Entourage), it has to be configured to send/receive your email. Depending on who you have your email account with, I suggest going to your webmail first. If you are able to log into your webmaill without a problem, you may need to reconfigure your Mail account. Your webmail password will be the same as your Mail password to retrieve your email.

Hi,

Try to login to your Webmail and see if you can login.

when I say Webmail, for example you have a hotmail account, try to login to www.hotmail.com by using Safari or any internet browser.

If you can't login to webmail, that means you're enterring the wrong password. But if you can login, most likely you have a corrupted account profile. Try recreating your account in Entourage.

Hope this helps.
Cheers!

Emails no longer come to Outlook but to internet provider (Cox)

Hi Martha,

When you logged in to webmail did it ask you to change your password? Does a box popup in Outlook asking you to change your password as soon as it opens?

If it does just enter your new password in the outlook window.

username: yourcoxusername
pass: your new webmail password

My email just keeps loading ,it wont let me open any pages

Hello
It could be there is one message still on the server that is hanging the download. Two questions:
1) What email program are you using? 2) Do you know how to check your e-mail using your Internet Service Provider's webmail access?
If you don't have an answer to 2), usually you take the part of your e-mail address after the @ and go to a web page with an address something like: webmail.cox.net (that would be the address if your email is @cox.net, for example). Once there, you will be asked to enter your user name (the part before the @) or your full e-mail address, and your e-mail password.
That way, you can quit your e-mail program so the messages stop loading, and then instead look at all your messages online.
If you see one that looks like spam, or that has a huge file attachment, or that just looks odd, consider deleting it (you can always drag it out of the trash later).
If there is a bad message, it will usually be the next message online after the last message your email program was able to download.
So, give that a shot, and see if it clears up the e-mail loading issue. If not, or if this doesn't make sense, send a comment and I'll answer any questions you have then.
All best, cordwainer
