Question about Intel PENTIUM-4 FSB800 Mother Board with 3.2Ghz CPU and VGA (CPU32800) Motherboard

Hardware Malfunction It says something like "Call your hardware vendor for support NMI: Parity check/ memory parity error the system has halted". Crashing whatever I am running. Sometimes it's Spore, sometimes after netflicks. Any ideas?

Hi there.
Parity check is usually to do with memory due to dust, take the memory out clean the contacts with a soft, clean dry paintbrush and the slots too free of dust, re-seat the memory and your problem should be solved.

Hardware Malfunction

Appears to be a memory problem. If you can get a bootable CD copy of memtest 86, set the bios to boot from the CD drive with this CD in, and the test will determine if the memory is good. Let it run for one complete pass, which will take awhile.

could be a defective Ram memory. or some bigger problem with the motherboard

Try the RAM modules one at a time in each slot. If issue is isolated to 1 module, replace the RAM module. If isolated to 1 slot, replace the Motherboard. If RAM changes make no difference, change motherboard

increase ur virtual memory then for high resolution game u should install a graphics card , nvidia graphics card is the good quality card . After doing that plz check
