Question about iLO MP3 Player

1 Answer

Please help me to load music into my smp2002. There were no instructions, only instructions on how to upkeep the device and of course what the controls mean. I can't believe they would sell something and not tell you how to operate it. If you can help I would very very much appreciate it. Thanks

I just plug mine into a USB port on my PC and select OPEN TO VIEW FILES, when Windows asks me what I want to do... Then, I drag existing MP3 files on my PC onto that folder. SIMPLE!!!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

To download music in a computer you need to install some music finding search engines like imesh. you will also have to join the site that you want to download the music from. many sites when you register you will have to pay some amount for the upkeep of the site, in most cases it is just a small amount that you pay. you will get down load links to download the files. I hope this solves your issue

Connect your gps system via usb cable and then under "my computer" you must double click on your gps system. Then you should find a folder called mp3/mp4, music or something similar. You will need to copy music from your computer to that folder by copying and pasting it. It is not the most user friendly way to listen to music however it will work. If you are confused with these directions you may ask someone to help you install your music onto your gps using these instructions. Hope this helps.

Deleting songs from mp3 player (sylvania smp2002)

You can't directly. You have to attach the player to a computer with the included USB cable and delete the files from there. If you're using a windows based OS, the player will show up as a USB drive within File manager.

Hope this helps,

Music loading

It should work the way other Garmin units work. Plug the unit into the computer via the USB cable. The computer should recognize the unit as a mass storage device. Click on the Garmin (it should be shown under your storage devices) and you should see a folder marked MP3. Drag and drop the music files you want into this folder, then disconnect the unit (safely, of course). That should do it.
