Use system restore to the point before using the ecleaner and remove or disable the e cleaner

If you using Window try the Restore in the System Tools...
Something may have unset your registry...you may have to reinstall your office suite...and start fresh. After you remove ecleaner. I found a great free program cCleaner...it works and I've not had a single problem
