Hi i have an ipod video 30gb and shuffle(my son's) which work ok on my pc. wife now has a nano but it will not sync or be recognised by itunes. when conneted to pc the 'found new hadware wizard' kicks in and it can't find a driver. tried reinstalling itunes and resetting nano but still no joy. can anyone help?

- i'm using usb simplemitch. i've just noticed a prob with my digital camera but i can get round that using my intrgral card reader

Are you using USB or Firewire? I've had poor luck with ipods and firewire.....
