Not shutting down afer reporting scanner error

I got scnner error and printer asked me to turn power off and on. I turn the power off/on but I get SHUTTING dowm message for hours and it is not shutting

I have hp printer model R45
I got scanner error and printer asked me to turn power off and on. I turn the power off/on. Its about a month the Problem has started
