Good news if you are a ME/2000/XP/Vista owner You do not actually need the software to up load images. Remove it- put the disk back in the box- forget you ever had one - and set the camera up to upload. Surprise - Windoze knows how to do it all by itself.

A card reader is indeed an answer for a ME/2000/XP machine
What is the operating system on your computer?

If you have removed the software completely- Go to Start/Control Panel/Add/remove software and check any thing HP right click to see if it is still there. If it is delete
    Reboot the computer

My iphone has the apple logo with a loading bar underneath and it won't load. how do i fix it?

attach your iphone to your iTunes account and and load the newest version your phone is stuck in a program loading cycle. You will need to either let it finish loading the current software from your computer or download the newest software and load onto the phone. This happens when users don't allow the phone to fully reboot before removing the usb from the computer (iTunes).

completely uninstall everything associated with the initial install of the camera, might require going into the registry and looking for any instance of the camera. Before you try reinstalling, make sure you have the most recent version of explorer as new scripts require updated IExplorer.

I would install all software with the cam, as there are sometimes hidden drivers within them, then if you get it working you can uninstall any unwanted programmes.
