Hi buddy i am too from bangalore ...
just follow some steps .....
1. remove the battery
2. open the handset
3. take a hair dryer and blow the hot air to your handset so that all water particles get dryed ..
4. then just blow a mild hot air to the battery too
5. then insert the battery into the handset
your handset will work like the previous no need to worry if you do this steps ...
if you are afraid of opening then just visit the technician near by there only ...
in indranagar only there are many mobile service shops near by HDFC bank and all just visit there ..
any doubts reply me ..
i am always here to assist you ...

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

SOURCE: Phone not working Due to to rain
This phone is very slim. Unlike other models you can't simply un-snap the front bezel from the back with out a special tool or knowledge. I assume it got wet. Try this: Remove the battery. Wipe it dry and set it aside. Then with the "battery compartment" facing down and holding the phone very firmly (don't drop it), shake the phone downward with very quick snaps get as much water out of it as you can. Then set the phone somewhere in the sun where it will not get wet again and let the phone dry out. But be careful not to let the phone get too hot. You may have to shake it a couple of more times during the "drying" to get all the water out. It may take up to an hour to dry out. After all this if you still have a problem then take it to any store there that sells this phone. Most will be able to service it for you.
