If the game disc is ejecting on its own, this could indicate a problem with the disc or with the disc drive.

What To Do:
If you are experiencing this problem while attempting to play a Nintendo GameCube Game Disc, check the model number on your Wii console. Only Wii consoles with model number RVL-001 are compatible with Nintendo GameCube Game Discs. (learn more) If the issue is occurring with all games or all of one type of game (Wii or GameCube), this indicates a problem with the system. To begin the repair process, click here.
That's an internal problem that you're gonna have to send to Nintendo for a new eject mechanism and installation. Here's a link to Nintendo's Support/Repair
its because the open door is stuck in the reef of the sideways of the wii.... you just have to use a spoon or somthing flat to get the game back and to eject the door...
I've had the same problem. It was only happening once in a while, but now all of my games are doing it at some point. I get either "can not read disc" or "error, please eject disc turn off power and consult owner's manual". It is also making a buzzing or off balance sound like something may be loose inside. I bought special optical cloths to clean the discs before insertion and it did not help. I could not find a fix for it so, luckily, it is still under the extended warranty so, I sent it in. It has been about a week now and it says online that it is "completed". I assume that it will be shipping back to me soon. I'll repost if that did not fix it.
you have three choices, 1. send it to get disc out, 2. take apart yourself or 3. keep pressing eject button till comes out, ( try laying it flat, on side and upside down). http://www.wii-ftw.com/?page=disassembling_wii
