Can't say if it's dangerous, but the transmission needs service ASAP. More driving can and will cause damage to the transmission. Get it in for service.
You have a short somewhere in the system the fuse protects. When your lights are on, the battery has only that power draw. When you turn on the ignition, there is additional battery draw which will dim the lights a little. As long as the battery can maintain enough voltage (~10.5 volts) there is enough to turn the starter motor. Aside from the short, what you describe is normal.

It is possible that you tightened the bolts for the arms themselves to much and it is to much resistance for the motor. Try loosening the bolts a bit and see if that helps. Aside from that make sure that you are getting a full 12V to the plug by testing it with a multimeter for DC Voltage.

Your power window motor's are getting weak, time for replacement, sooner or later will blow fuse to window motor's, due to motor's are asking for to many amps to work, will over load circit and blow fuse.
hello there: if the motor is working try looking for vacuum hoses if they are not good replace.. it could also be in the control switch on the panel if this is the case contact the dealer to find out if the switch will need to be programed...hope this helps you out...
