Question about Hitachi 46UX50B 46" Rear Projection Television
My tv is old and its a HItachi I wanna update my tv to appear better no matter what service I have it still looks like Im looking througha dark tunnel at it I think thats how it was made.
Unfortunately, without me seeing it I can't tell all what you will need to put it back into optimum performance. Older projection sets are pron-ed to having the coolant replaced for the 3 picture tubes. I don't know the quality of the tubes themselves, so it's really tough to make a call on your set. If it's just fluid, I would say you would invest $300.-400. in work. I don't believe it's worth putting that much into it if that's what it needs. Of coarse this is only if you have a projection set, you didn't state what model of set so I'm assuming it is one. Hope this helps......
