I have the box and i used to have all the sky movies channels but now their gone i still have all the other channels though. does anyone know how i can get my movie channels back

if its a cable box then sorry there is no fix for this problem yet if it is a terrestrial box then delete the scrambled channels and rescan if you factory reset the box then you must install the latest firmware
Sky box office are transmitted on different Transponders. I'll explain, each transponder has a different number.. each one has 10 channels or so on them.
this would explain why you can watch regular tv channels but have pixelating on box office.
your sky dish may need to be re-aligned or the LNB (bit on the end) may need changing
the other one is if your box is old then the tuners maybe on there way out. hense you losing certain blocks of channels.
sometimes channels change frequency so they dont work,have u tried a
factory reset 0000 to delete,power off at back/on and autoscan ur
provider,and emu to on,usually brings them back,do not scan thru
splitters as u will lose channels.
