Question about Pool & Spa
I am replacing a Jandy pool light relay/dimmer module. The assembly number on the part is #6785. The assembly number on the parts offered on the internet is #6587. It looks like the same part. Is it?
The correct number is 6587. This should have a small pcboard attached. These dimmable relays tend to be short-lived if used regularly. I generally use a standard 3hp (6581) relay in its stead. They are a good bit cheaper and last much longer. The downside,of course, is that the light is either on or off.
