Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3x Cellular Phone
I turned my phone on and off and it still does not work. I was last able to use my phone successfully at about 1:30 pm today (it is now 7:30pm). I need this phone to work, it is very important for our family functionality. Thanks!
Was the phone dropped? Did it incur any physical abuse? Water damage? If not, try pulling the battery out of the phone completely. Look in the battery bay to see if you can find a white or pinkish red sticker dot. If the dot is white, there is not moisture inside the device. Call your service provider and you may qualify for a free warranty replacement device.
Also try and letting the device charge overnight. It may be time to replace the battery.
